General Mission 職責概述 According to hotel development, plan and organize recruitment, maintain and develop various recruitment channels, ensure staff supply according to demand, reserve the potential staff. 根據酒店業務發展,協助招聘主管制定并組織實施招聘計劃,維系和開拓多種招聘渠道,保障需求人員供給,并及時做好人員儲備。 Main Responsibilities 主要職責 1. Recruit personnel according to hotel establishment and operational needs. 根據酒店編制及運作需求進行人員招聘。 2. Regularly publish on the designated website to update the recruitment information. 定期在指定網站發布,更新招聘信息。 3. Check emails daily, select resumes, notify interviews and register. 每日查看郵件,甄選簡歷,通知面試并做好登記。 4. Conduct daily recruitment and arrange interviews. 每日進行日常招聘,安排約定面試。 5. Recruitment, selection, interview, recommendation, placement Background check and offer of the person to be hired. 擬錄用人員的背景調查及出Offer。 6. Handle the registration procedures for new employees, including the production and distribution of employee work permits and name cards. 辦理新員工的報到手續,包括員工工作證、名牌的制作和發放。 7. Creation, update and management of employee files. 員工檔案的建立、更新和管理. 8. Maintain cooperation with the temporary helper agency, and be responsible for the recruitment of temporary helpers in the daily catering department. 與臨時幫工中介公司保持合作,負責日常餐飲部臨時幫工的招聘。 9. Assist in the management of daily interns and organize interns activities. 協助日常實習生的管理及組織實習生活動。 10. Other task leaders arrange. 領導安排的其他工作。 JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in HR, management or related. 人力資源、管理或相關專業大學本科以上學歷。 2. ever be trained in modern HRM technology, law and regulation on labor. 受過現代人力資源管理技術、勞動法律法規等方面的培訓。 3. 1years working experience on recruitment. 1年以上企業招聘工作經驗。 4. Rich practical experience in talents discovery and introducing, also staff adjustment, staff career planning. 對人才的發現與引進、組織與人員調整、員工職業生涯設計等具有豐富的實踐經驗。 其他要求 語言能力:英語-良好 計算機能力:良好 現居地:成都
